Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs repair and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support and addressing technical issues effectively. Responsibilities include managing service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, and controlling assets through efficient turnaround of parts and equipment. Candidates must maintain OEM certifications and possess relevant hardware and software knowledge, along with strong communication skills. The job requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, drive to client locations, and own a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
