Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs repair tasks for a variety of client products, involving basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client inquiries, managing service calls per established service level agreements, and fulfilling administrative duties related to service calls. The role demands effective communication regarding technical issues, adherence to safety policies, and timely documentation of all activities. The position requires a technical school certification or equivalent, along with relevant experience, OEM certifications, and the ability to travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- May require occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
