Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops, providing customer support for designated equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of service to clients. Responsibilities include addressing client technical issues, managing service calls, and adhering to service level agreements. Candidates are expected to have a technical school certification and relevant experience, possess a valid driver's license, and the ability to transport themselves to client locations. Additional skills required include effective communication and the capability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
