Job Summary
Dynamic PC Support Technician responsible for performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops. Duties include providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions professionally, accepting and delivering service calls, and ensuring satisfaction criteria are met. The role requires knowledge of relevant software/hardware, ability to communicate technical issues to clients, and the capability to manage physical tasks associated with computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
