Dynamic PC Support Techician

Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing tasks related to the repair of client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. This role includes providing customer support, addressing technical issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Responsibilities also include reporting all activities accurately, managing assets and inventory, and following safety policies. Essential skills include effective communication with clients and the ability to travel to various client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
