Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for desktop and laptop issues, performing troubleshooting and technical issue resolution. Key responsibilities include accepting service calls, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, managing asset control, and reporting activities accurately. Essential skills include effective communication, driving to client locations, and lifting computer equipment. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, with 0-2 years of experience and must maintain required OEM certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
Additional Requirements
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
