Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, troubleshooting various client product issues related to desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include answering client questions, meeting service level agreements, completing administrative tasks for service calls, and ensuring asset control. Candidates should possess technical school certification or equivalent, maintain required certifications, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Customer service experience is a plus, and the role requires the physical capability to lift equipment and travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with relevant software and hardware
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
