Job Summary
Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, performs basic to moderately complex troubleshooting of desktops and laptops, and may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure. Roles include direct client interaction to address technical issues, handling service calls within established SLAs, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, adhering to policies and guidelines, and ensuring asset and inventory control. The position may involve travel to client locations and occasional overnight assignments; safety policies must be followed, and additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
