Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing tasks related to the repair of client products, including troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure. Duties include providing customer support, answering client questions professionally, handling service calls within agreed timelines, completing administrative tasks, and reporting activity accurately. The role requires effective communication skills, knowledge of relevant software and hardware, and the ability to manage asset inventory. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent and ideally have some customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
