Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing various client products, providing customer support, and ensuring service calls are addressed within established service level agreements. Key responsibilities include completing administrative tasks, real-time reporting, and managing inventory control. Candidates are required to have technical school certification or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of relevant software and hardware are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
