Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing client desktops and laptops, providing customer support, and adhering to service level agreements. Candidates will interact directly with clients, manage service calls, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Essential skills include effective communication on technical issues and the ability to drive to client locations. Qualifications include technical school certification or equivalent experience, OEM certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
