Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing tasks related to the repair of various client products, with responsibilities including providing customer support for equipment, answering client questions, ensuring service calls are managed within established service level agreements, and meeting customer service satisfaction criteria. Candidates will be required to report all activity accurately and ensure asset control and inventory management. The position requires a technical school certification or equivalent, along with customer service experience as a plus. Essential skills include communication of technical issues to clients and the ability to handle equipment upwards of 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
