Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops, providing customer support, managing service calls, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include completing administrative tasks, adhering to established service levels, reporting accurately, and maintaining inventory control. The position requires a technical background, the ability to communicate technical issues, and physical capabilities to transport equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
