Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for client equipment, answering client queries, delivering service calls, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. This role involves troubleshooting desktops and laptops, handling administrative tasks related to service calls, and maintaining asset control. The position requires the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, transport necessary repair tools, and occasionally drive long distances. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and candidates must complete required OEM certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
