Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, performing basic troubleshooting on desktops and laptops, and interacting with clients to resolve technical issues. Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively about technical issues and possess a basic repair tool kit. This role requires the ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and the capability to travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
