Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, provides customer support for designated equipment, and addresses technical issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, completing administrative tasks, ensuring asset control through prompt turnaround of parts, and maintaining safety policies. The position requires technical school certification, driving capability to client locations, and ownership of a basic repair toolkit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
