Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions professionally and performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include ensuring service calls are met within established agreements, completing administrative tasks accurately, and following safety policies. This role involves maintaining control of assets through inventory management and utilizing necessary OEM certifications. Candidates must possess technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
