Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing tasks related to the repair of a variety of client products, including desktops and laptops. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing client technical questions, managing service calls within established service level agreements, and completing administrative tasks related to service calls. Essential skills include effective communication of technical issues, driving to client locations, and lifting computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Candidates are expected to hold a technical school certification or equivalent, possess OEM Certifications, and have a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
