Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, troubleshooting technical issues for desktops and laptops, and adhering to service level agreements. Key duties include answering client inquiries in a professional manner, completing administrative tasks linked to service calls, ensuring asset control and inventory management, and working within safety guidelines. Required skills include effective communication regarding technical issues, the ability to travel to client locations, and handling various computer equipment. The role typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
