Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for a variety of client products, performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include answering client questions, completing administrative tasks associated with service calls, ensuring control of assets, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, relevant knowledge of software and hardware, and hold a valid Driver's License. Experience in customer service is preferred, and the position may require travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
