Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for client products, performing troubleshooting for desktops and laptops while adhering to service level agreements. Responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, completing administrative tasks, reporting calls accurately, controlling assets and inventory, and enforcing safety policies. The role requires interaction with clients, driving to service locations, and completing tasks within established guidelines. Candidates should have technical certification, relevant experience, customer service skills, and maintain necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues
- Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
