Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs tasks related to the repair of client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting of desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions, managing service calls within established service level agreements, and ensuring customer service satisfaction. The role requires effective communication about technical issues with clients, driving to client locations, and handling equipment inventory. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience, along with necessary OEM certifications and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments
