Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, performing troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, and interacting with clients to address technical issues promptly. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, and completing administrative tasks as per guidelines. The role requires effective communication regarding technical issues and the ability to travel to client locations. Qualifications include technical school certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
