Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves repairing various client products and performing troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, managing service calls, adhering to service level agreements, completing administrative tasks, and reporting activities in real-time. Candidates are expected to have technical certification, relevant experience, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
