Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops while providing client support for designated equipment. The technician is responsible for answering client questions, meeting service level agreements, and reporting all activity accurately. Essential skills include strong communication regarding technical issues, the ability to travel to client locations, and the physical capability to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
