Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs tasks related to the repair of client products, including troubleshooting desktops and laptops. Key responsibilities involve providing customer support, addressing technical issues, managing service calls, and ensuring accurate reporting of client interactions. Candidates must possess a technical certification and relevant experience, along with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly. Physical requirements include the capability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs and own necessary repair tools.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
