Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs tasks related to the repair of various client products, providing customer support for designated equipment. Responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, completing administrative tasks and reporting associated with service calls, ensuring asset control and inventory management, and adhering to established safety policies. Candidates should have technical school certification, relevant experience, and be able to communicate technical issues effectively. Additional skills include the ability to drive to client locations and lift computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
