Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktop and laptop repairs. Responsibilities include providing customer support for designated equipment, meeting service-level agreements, and ensuring customer service satisfaction. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift computer equipment. Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
