Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides technical support and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include delivering customer support, answering client questions professionally, managing service calls per established agreements, completing necessary administrative tasks, ensuring asset control, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should possess the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, transport equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs. A basic repair tool kit is required.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
