Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs troubleshooting and repair tasks for various client products, including desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, responding to client inquiries, managing service calls, ensuring asset control, and following safety policies. The role requires the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, travel to client locations, and work independently. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent and maintain OEM Certifications, with knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
