Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for desktops and laptops, performing troubleshooting activities and interacting directly with clients to resolve technical issues. Key responsibilities include managing service calls, adhering to service level agreements, and completing administrative tasks accurately. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of relevant software and hardware, along with OEM certifications, is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, as well as the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
