Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support and addressing technical issues directly with clients. Responsibilities include managing service calls within established agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing administrative tasks related to each call, maintaining asset control, and following safety policies. Required skills include effective communication about technical issues, the ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs, and ownership of a basic repair tool kit. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
