Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, addressing technical issues and resolving them in a timely and accurate manner. Key responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls within established service level agreements, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks related to service calls, and ensuring proper inventory control. The role requires effective communication with clients regarding technical issues, and the ability to travel to client locations as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
