Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support, and addressing client technical issues promptly. Responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, and ensuring accurate reporting of all activities. Applicants should have technical school certification or equivalent, knowledge of hardware and software, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires the ability to communicate technical issues to clients, travel to client locations, and handle computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
