Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, interacts with clients to address technical issues, and provides customer support for designated equipment. Responsibilities include managing service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing administrative tasks related to calls, ensuring asset control, following safety guidelines, and maintaining real-time reporting on service activities. Candidates need technical certification, customer service abilities, valid driver’s license, and must own a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
