Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support for designated equipment. Responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, completing service calls within established agreements, reporting activities timely, controlling assets and inventory, and understanding safety policies. Candidates typically require technical school certification or equivalent and must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
