Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs troubleshooting tasks related to the repair of desktop and laptop client products, providing customer support and answering client queries professionally. Responsibilities include managing service calls and administrative tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining asset control, and following safety policies. The role requires a technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
