Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs tasks related to repairing a variety of client products including desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions professionally, accepting and delivering service calls, meeting customer satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks, reporting all activity accurately and timely, and ensuring control of assets and inventory. Key skills include effective communication regarding technical issues, the ability to drive to client locations, lifting computer equipment up to 50 lbs, and owning a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
