Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves providing customer support for designated equipment, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and ensuring service level agreements are met. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, completing administrative tasks, reporting activities, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should possess technical certification and 0-2 years experience, along with relevant OEM Certifications and a valid driver’s license. Skills needed include effective communication, inventory control, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Additional Requirements
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
