The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs various tasks related to the repair of client products, providing customer support, troubleshooting desktops and laptops, and following established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
