Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops, providing customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, completing administrative tasks, adhering to service level agreements, and reporting activities accurately. Required skills involve effective communication on technical issues, the ability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs, and ownership of a basic repair tool kit. Relevant experience of 0-2 years is ideal, along with previous customer service experience and maintaining OEM Certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
