Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs repair tasks for various client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include customer support, timely response to technical issues, meeting service level agreements, reporting call activity accurately, ensuring asset control, and adhering to safety policies. This role requires a technical school certification or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of relevant software and hardware is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
