Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and providing customer support for client desktops and laptops. This role includes interacting directly with clients, managing service calls, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring customer service satisfaction within established service level agreements. Required skills include effective communication for technical issues, the ability to drive to client locations, and managing various equipment. Candidates must possess the ability to lift computer equipment and have a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Additional Requirements
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
