Job Summary
This position involves performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, providing customer support, and addressing technical issues. Responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls, ensuring client satisfaction, completing administrative tasks, and reporting activity accurately. Applicants should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to transport themselves to client locations. Skills needed include effective communication regarding technical issues and physical capability to lift computer equipment. A basic repair toolkit is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
