Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, addressing client technical issues efficiently. The role involves answering client questions, managing service calls, complying with customer service satisfaction criteria, and completing administrative tasks as per established policies. Candidates must possess a technical school certification or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle various computer equipment, and owning a basic repair tool kit are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
