Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves providing customer support for designated equipment, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and managing service calls within established service level agreements. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, adhering to safety policies, and completing necessary documentation for each service call. Required qualifications include technical school certification or equivalent, knowledge of relevant software and hardware, and reliable transportation. Candidates must also possess the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, drive to client locations, lift computer equipment, and own a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
