Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing tasks related to the repair of client products, focusing on desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing technical issues, completing administrative tasks for service calls, managing asset control, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. The position requires a technical school certification or equivalent, knowledge of software and hardware, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive and lift computer equipment. Previous customer service experience and maintaining OEM certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
