Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician will perform tasks related to the repair of client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions professionally, managing service calls within guidelines, and completing administrative tasks related to each service case. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, relevant software and hardware knowledge, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
