Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves providing customer support for technical issues related to desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, managing service calls within established service level agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing administrative tasks for each call, maintaining asset control, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should have technical certification, experience in customer service, and the ability to drive to various client locations while managing computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
