Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for client equipment, troubleshooting issues for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include answering client questions, managing service calls, reporting activities, and ensuring inventory control. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, the ability to communicate technical issues, and some physical capabilities such as lifting equipment up to 50 lbs. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
